As the physical world attempts diversity, the Meta-Verse allows for digital exclusion. Laws and Social Movements try to upend the human tendency to exclude and create exclusive regions of the digi-verse but to no avail, the supreme court ruled in the right to favor the legality of "member only" digi-spaces in the Metaverse.
Exclusivity is now legal. The world had become quite a different place as more people spent more time in the meta-verse relative to the physical world and with Augmentation of the physical, the merger between the physical and the digital became one.
The Rules of the Augme-verse are simple. They read:
1. You can not use Augmentation to violate anyone's rights. One's right (i) to privacy, (ii) free speech, (iii) free expression, (iv) freedom to access public / digital spaces without discriminatory acts of aggression, and (v) freedom to access essential services needed for fair competition in the market place.
This would include but not limited to using Augmentation to view individuals nude, lude, crude or any reputationally damaging way that could be easily accessed by the public or intentionally displayed to the public. This would include depicting unsuspecting individuals in lewd sexual acts, criminal acts, hateful acts or self deprecating acts.
As for speech, it would be illegal for a platform to shadow block or slow your usage. If you are banned, a sufficient legal or legal financial reason must be cited and known. You also have the freedom to request information to be taken down in which compliance becomes necessary, but it must be known that when said information is referenced, that there was a informational removal request placed and this information.
Everyone must be allowed access to the tools needed to compete in the market place without any form of discrimination such as having universally the same speed internet and meta-verse. Having access to the same financial services, food and water services, living accommodations, park services and, later, AI and meta services.
2. Remote Physical Access
You may at any time have complete meta-verse remote-control over another physical object in another part of the physical world, where one is not located no matter the distance via drone, droid, robot or full blown synthetic human body all from the comfort of your home wearing your meta-portal headset via goggle, eyewear or, eventually contacts and later neuro-implant.
Anytime you commandeer another physical entity, it will be geo-tagged and assigned to your official self similar to a tag on a car, or how your uber rides have user rating system on the app. These tags are only a measure such that there can be accountability, safety and reliability for the end user.

As the world connects into the meta-verse, friends can be on opposite ends of the world, and yet have a meeting somewhere else entirely as if they are right there in real time. This not only becomes a novelty of wonder, but becomes a necessity of the times.

You could cook your pizza in the meta-verse, or just hit a button which controls a robot or human-like droid to cook a pizza in a kitchen, and as it cooks in the meta-verse, it cooks in the real world.
Anything can be automated, and you can have as much control over the process as you want, whatever suits your liking.
